The Team Lead supports the team in achieving established revenue and wine club targets relative to all retail, tour and experience operations on the property. In addition, this role ensures an extremely high-quality guest experience, that promotes brand image and meets/exceeds financial objectives. This role regularly serves as Manager on Duty, performing retail administrative tasks (including opening and closing the wine shop) and providing leadership and appropriate coaching to part-time hospitality teammates.
