Job summary

Andrew Peller Limited is seeking friendly, professional sales teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and promote our wine brands in Ontario. The role requires guest service excellence, cash handling, and knowledge of POS systems, with Smart Serve certification and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
• Experience with computer-based point of sale systems and cash handling is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service to every customer.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information when required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light shelf/display cleaning.
• Handle cash and balance till accurately.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules and security within the workplace.
• Be a team player contributing to the group’s efforts.
