Job description

Join to apply for the Team Leader - Warehouse role at AMMEGA.

Support daily OTD goals by maintaining 24-hour turnaround of all outbound shipments (based on shipping instructions).

Communicate issues/delays/backorders to CSR’s/other departments as needed and in a timely manner.

Assist internal/external customers with shipment tracking/tracing, as needed.

Provide weekly “Pending Pick Up orders” list to respective Customer Service Representative.

Support warehouse team in loading/unloading trucks and assisting customers/drivers.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S methodology.

Ensure cycle counts are completed and submitted to Purchasing team promptly.

Train warehouse staff as required by management.

Support company and safety policies, monitor compliance, and notify management of violations.

Assist internal/external customers as needed.

Maintain high productivity and quality standards across all warehouse activities.

Attend required courses and training.

Organize and implement regular location replenishing activities.

Perform other duties as required by management.

Maintain 24-hour turnaround of all RGA’s.

Requirements

• Excellent attendance.
• Prior experience in Shipping-Receiving is required.
• Background in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Industry is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet solutions, and ERP systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to push/pull up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Experience with forklift is an asset.
• Bilingual (French) is a must.
