Alterra Mountain Company is posting a seasonal on-hill Team Leader role for Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario. Reporting to the Patrol Supervisor, you will help ensure safe, consistent coverage and complete opening/closing routines for your assigned pod.
Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid G license, have a First Responder certification, experience in patrolling and customer service, and can work in a physically demanding outdoor environment, including rigorous safety documentation and incident
Reporting to the Patrol Supervisor, Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring consistent on-hill coverage according to business levels, available terrain and surface conditions. They will ensure proper and consistent opening and closing routines for their assigned pods, including the completion of all associated documentation and communications. The team leader will actively patrol according to expectations and mentor team accordingly and effectively.
