Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud platform management.
• 2+ years in leadership role, direct or indirect.
• AWS certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IaC (Git, Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence.
• Understanding cloud solution architecture principles.
• Network management and managed services experience.
• Supplier management and Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and unit testing practices.

The position combines people leadership with hands-on technical contribution, with a focus on meeting performance goals, delivery timelines, and budget expectations.You will work with stakeholders, the director, the technical manager, and other teams to define priorities, plan work, manage risks, and improve the customer experience.
