Job summary

Karis Disability Services invites applications for a Team Leader who will assist Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life at our Warman location.

The role requires leading the team, ensuring timely communication with the supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance, and maintaining the highest standards of courtesy, respect, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Developmental Services preferred.
• Must have valid class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license.

Job description

The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance.

• Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driving License and access to reliable transportation
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract

Preferred:

• 2 years Developmental Services experience
• College diploma/Degree in related Field of Developmental Services, DSW equivalent
