Job summary

Karis Disability Services is seeking a Team Leader to guide Direct Support Professionals in delivering daily supports at our Saskatchewan site. You will supervise and coordinate care, ensuring respectful, person‑centred service while communicating with leadership and families as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid class 5 Saskatchewan driver's license is required.
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract.
• Experience in Developmental Services preferred (2 years).
• College diploma/Degree in Developmental Services or related field preferred.

The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance.

The Team Leader helps build communities of belonging in accordance to the core Values of Karis Disability Services ; Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts. They respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy, respect and integrity in their dealings with persons supported, other employees and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driving License and access to reliable transportation
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract

Preferred:

• 2 years Developmental Services experience
• College diploma/Degree in related Field of Developmental Services, DSW equivalent
