Position: Sales Team Leader, JACK & JONES

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: Sherway Gardens, Etobicoke

What you'll do:
  • Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customer retention by demonstrating retail expertise.
  • Provide top-notch customer service that leaves every customer satisfied.
  • Manage store floor stock, ensuring it is organized and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about JACK & JONES products and store promotions.
What it takes:
  • At least 1-2 years of retail supervisory or keyholder experience demonstrating leadership and drive.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills that attract customers and encourage purchases.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays, and able to work 25-30 hours per week if needed.
