Job summary

JACK & JONES at Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton, ON is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a dynamic retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales, meet targets, keep customers returning, and ensure the floor stock and visuals are always on point.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience and fluent English and French, plus strong teamwork and initiative. You will enjoy the 50% employee discount and growth opportunities.

Position: Sales Team Leader, JACK & JONES
Reports to:Store Manager
Location: Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton, ON
Compensation Offered: Starts at $19.00 per hour

• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
