Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Team Leader in Baie-Saint-Paul to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. You'll lead store associates, manage merchandise, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of retail experience and supervisory background. Open availability and strong leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask in a high-volume store environment.

• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
• Conducting manager-on-duty tasks (breaks, time, and attendance).
• Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Participating in inventory processes and employee training.Following up on assigned tasks and contributing to hiring and performance management.
