Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts in Canmore/Banff is seeking winter snow shovelers for the season. This part-time role operates only when snow falls, with several hours per shift.

Shifts start early in the morning and may rotate between routes based on location. You must be legally allowed to work in Canada and have a phone with internet access to receive assignments and log hours. No staff housing is provided; hours vary with snowfall and busier days.

Qualifications

• Minimum availability of 3 hours, any day of the week.
• Staff accommodation is not provided.
• Available to work early mornings at least half of the week.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada for the duration of the contract
• A working phone with internet access (an app is used to assign locations and track hours).
• Physically able to shovel snow for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Shovel snow for several hours when assigned.
• Route assignments may change based on where you live.
• If the route is far, transportation arrangements may be provided.
• Hours vary with snowfall; the position is seasonal and part-time.

Your route may be assigned based on where you live, and on busier days, you may be assigned a different route. If the route is far someone will pick you up.
