Job description

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Leader who will be the next Gas Manager. This hybrid role encompasses both leadership and field sales representative responsibilities within our Canadian Tire Gas Program.

Program Schedule:

  • Dates: April - October 31, 2025
  • Full time hours
  • Thursday-Sunday 10am-6pm/11am-7pm

Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales team of Field Marketing Representatives in 4-6 locations.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the Gas station and booth.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with gas station personnel.
  • Set high standards through exemplary behavior and values, fostering professionalism, integrity, dedication, and strong work ethic.
  • Train, coach, mentor, and foster team growth by identifying training needs, utilizing motivational trackers, and conducting coaching sessions to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Attend weekly Zoom calls with management team to discuss successes and provide insights into new initiatives.
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
    • Leadership experience, preferably in sales, with proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Confident, self-motivated, with strong communication and collaboration skills and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Open availability from Thursday-Sunday.
    • Access to a reliable vehicle considered an asset
    • Must be able to travel across area to various gas station locations.
