Job summary

Alberta Motor Association (AMA) is seeking a Team Lead, Member Rewards to grow and support AMARewards loyalty and Member Savings across Alberta. You’ll lead a talented team of Account Managers and Product Managers, building a network of 200+ partners to deliver exclusive offers to AMA members.

The role emphasizes people leadership, partner negotiation, and performance-driven thinking. It offers a hybrid work model, a focus on KPI-driven results, and an inclusive, supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in customer service, membership, or operations.
  • 3–5 years in a structured outside/field sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication; familiarity with AMARewards or loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to develop, acquire, and manage partnerships delivering member rewards and savings.
  • Collaborate with AMA leadership and marketing to grow the program and engagement.
  • Analyze partner performance, including ROI, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate with partners to secure exclusive offers and implement acquisition plans.
  • Drive operational excellence with data tracking, tooling, and technology.
