Job summary

RW&CO in Barrie, Ontario, is seeking a Team Lead to partner with the management team to run daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team, and ensure a vibrant, organized environment that reflects our brand.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• High school diploma required.

• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.

Job Description

Hiring rate of $1.80 above minimum wage (rate may be greater based on relevant experience)
