RW&CO, a work-from-anywhere fashion brand, is seeking a Team Lead to partner with management to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused environment.

Your leadership, sense of style, and hands-on approach will guide a team focused on achieving sales goals while maintaining operational excellence. The role demands a strong customer focus and collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of store operations: scheduling, cash management, merchandising, inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and trend awareness.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS and MS Office Suite.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by helping achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist daily operations: policies, loss prevention, opening/closing, cash handling, reporting, scheduling support.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation for a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop team through training and feedback.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to align priorities and communicate effectively.
• Lead on the sales floor to model a customer-first mindset and resolve concerns.

Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands-on approach, you will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including compliance with policies and procedures, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management, report generation, and scheduling support.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback to strengthen skills, confidence, and overall performance.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment, smooth operations, and timely execution of priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure aligned priorities, effective communication, and the swift execution of action plans.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.

• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
