Job summary

RW&CO, a Reitmans Canada Limited brand, is seeking a Team Lead in Barrie, Ontario to guide daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with management on plans and KPIs.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for fashion. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer‑focused environment.
• Motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure aligned priorities and action plans.

Job Description

As aTeam Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands‑on approach, you will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
