RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Team Lead in Windsor to guide daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor. You will lead a small team, coach staff, and ensure store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

We value a fashion-forward mindset, strong communication, and hands-on leadership that fosters a welcoming, organized shopping experience for diverse customers. Evening/ weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including compliance with policies and procedures, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management, report generation, and scheduling support.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback to strengthen skills, confidence, and overall performance.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment, smooth operations, and timely execution of priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure aligned priorities, effective communication, and the swift execution of action plans.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.
