Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. is seeking a Senior Collections Supervisor to lead a team of collectors within Yamaha Motor Finance Canada’s consumer loan portfolio.
You will mentor staff, manage calls, and coordinate loss mitigation efforts in a hybrid environment at 480 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in supervisory collection roles for asset-backed loans, bilingual in French and English, and strong negotiation, analytical, and coaching skills.

Lead a team of collectors to mitigate retail credit losses by minimizing consumer loan portfolio delinquency while being an advocate of the customer.
Expected salary: $75,000 - $80,000/per annum
