Summary of Responsibilities

Lead a team of collectors to mitigate retail credit losses by minimizing consumer loan portfolio delinquency while being an advocate of the customer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Mentor / train and lead assigned collection team members in a dialer environment to meetand exceed predefined targets aimed at reducing delinquency and avoiding losses.
• Bring escalated collection calls to a satisfactory conclusion for both Yamaha Motor Financeand the customer.
• Utilize dialer to maximize collector contact efficiency and monitor individual/team performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize department efficiency and the customer experience.
• Identify and cure potential loss scenarios with a sense of urgency and within specifiedcorporate and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete performance reviews on direct reports.
• Approve consumer requests for contract extensions, rewrites, and custom payment plans.
• Conduct team meetings as required.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Expected salary: $75,000 - $80,000/per annum
