Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking an Account Services Representative based in Canada. You will support customers through vehicle finance or lease journeys and collaborate with dealer networks to deliver seamless ownership.

The role handles high volumes of calls, analyzes account information, negotiates where needed, and adheres to policies. Remote work after training, in Edmonton training site initially.

Qualifications

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Services Representative based in Canada.

In this role, you will support customers throughout their vehicle finance or lease journey while providing personalized, professional solutions.

You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions, resolving account questions and navigating sensitive financial situations.

The position combines customer service, problem-solving, negotiation, and account analysis in a fast-paced environment.

You will also collaborate with a broad dealer network and internal teams to help deliver a seamless ownership experience.

Success requires empathy, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to balance customer needs with business and risk considerations.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction, consistently working toward high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a professional representative and trusted resource, clearly communicating available products, services, processes, and initiatives.
  • Review account history and relevant financial information to understand customer circumstances and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Analyze customer situations and identify effective solutions while helping mitigate financial and business risk.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, efficiency, and customer focus.
  • Navigate sensitive financial conversations with a balanced approach that combines empathy, professionalism, sound judgment, and appropriate firmness.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Respond to customer and dealer inquiries and concerns in a positive, timely, and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback professionally, using it to support individual and team development.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, account requirements, processes, and business needs.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and support team initiatives that contribute to broader service and organizational objectives.
  • Use company technology, email, internet access, and account-management systems responsibly and in accordance with established policies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) equivalency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask effective questions, gather relevant information, and manage difficult conversations professionally.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in sensitive situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to review account information and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal account-management systems and efficiently manage multiple applications, tasks, and information sources simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing high volumes of customer interactions.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot between priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
  • Previous experience in collections, credit, financial services, customer service, or another high-volume environment involving negotiation is an asset.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a remote or distributed team.
  • English proficiency is required; French language skills are preferred.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada; work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Candidates must reside in or around Edmonton, Alberta, and be able to attend required training at the Edmonton office.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary of CAD 39,900 to CAD 48,300, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Eligibility for a Quarterly Flexible Bonus Rewards program.
  • Remote work-from-home opportunity following the required training period.
  • Full-time employment with a flexible schedule within operating hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST.
