Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking an experienced leader to support and coach Advanced Industrialization Leads. The role drives sourcing and manufacturing strategies for new sustainable components, engine assembly, and testing, while ensuring program readiness and alignment with schedules.

You will work with engineering, supply management, and partners across global supply chains in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Supply Chain, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management.
• Familiarity with TRL/MRL frameworks and risk assessments.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development hardware across strategic sourcing, cost, capacity, and producibility.
• Document and monitor product requirements including cost, weight, producibility, and milestones.
• Track and manage program risks identified through risk management processes.
• Lead and collaborate with multi-site teams across international supplier networks.
• Ensure readiness plans and delivery schedules align with program gates and ramp-up.
