We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and cross-functional leader to support and coach a team of Advanced Industrialization Leads. This team drives sourcing and manufacturing strategies for new sustainable components, engine assembly, and testing, while supporting program MRL readiness.
You and the team will ensure the industrial maturity of future programs by making sure P&WC’s suppliers, partners, manufacturing, and Assembly & Test sites are capable, competitive, digitally enabled, and aligned with program timelines and technical requirements. This strategic role demands a risk-based mindset and the ability to guide innovation across global supply chains in a highly regulated, high-performance environment.
You will work directly with the Engineering, Producers, Supply Management, MED, A&T, Partners, OEMs, Quality, Aftermarket, and other key stakeholders to drive program deliverables on safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction and EH&S.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
Ensure Delivery Assurance: initiate procurement or production launches for components, modules, and engine assembly & test activities; drive suppliers, partners, and sites to meet committed delivery dates; manage line-of-balance and work-in-progress (WIP) reports and communicate status accurately to stakeholders.
This position takes place in a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
