The Team Lead at our luxury boutique will be an ambassador of the brand, supporting Store Managers to mentor and develop the sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build and maintain client relationships, champion sales goals, and contribute to business development initiatives on the floor, with active leadership, clear communication, and a focus on driving results.
