Ernst & Young is seeking a Business Transformation Manager in Toronto to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Canadian Tax service lines. You will partner with tax professionals and technology stakeholders to design and implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and client experience.

• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, process transformation, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation initiatives across Canadian Tax service lines, identifying opportunities and helping design technology solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and quality.
• Partner with tax professionals and business stakeholders to understand pain points and inefficiencies, and design technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process assessments to identify current-state challenges and future-state opportunities.
• Support the development and deployment of technology-enabled solutions, including workflow tools, automation initiatives, digital platforms, and process improvements.
• Create current state or future state process maps or other documentation as needed.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, and success metrics.
• Monitor transformation outcomes and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, and recommendations for leadership as needed
