As a Business Transformation Manager within the Canada Tax Technology Group (CTTG), you will play a key role in shaping and advancing the future of tax service delivery. You will partner with tax professionals, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to identify business challenges, streamline processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and the client experience. This is a strategic, highly collaborative and hands‑on role that bridges tax, business and technology. You will be responsible for understanding how tax teams work, identifying opportunities for transformation, and helping guide initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
