Location with positions available:

  • Langley
    Job Types: Part-time
    Expected Hours: 32-40hrs/week
    Salary: $18.90 - $20.65/hr

Position Title: Tasting Bar & Event Coordinator
Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager & Supervisors.

All applicants must be 19+

A day in the life:

  • Strive to provide a memorable experience for all of our customers whether it be in-store, over the phone, at the tasting bar, or during events
  • Organize and coordinate all in-store events, educational classes and assist with tastings
  • Create and maintain relationships with key industry representatives while coordinating with them for events
  • Communicate with Head Office to facilitate and execute new initiatives or directives
  • Utilize your knowledge and passion for wine, beer and spirits when assisting all customers
  • Inform customers of all current happenings in the store: sales, promotions and any upcoming events that may be of interest to them
  • Maintain an event catalogue/binder, keeping it organized and accurate
  • Work with local businesses and members of the community to drive traffic into the store with partnerships and collaborative events
  • Stay up to date and comply with all Liquor and Event regulations
