Job summary

Lakesider Brewing Co. in West Kelowna is seeking a dedicated Front-of-House Shift Leader to elevate the FOH team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will help manage guest flow and ensure smooth service in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during fast-paced shifts.
