Lakesider Brewing Co. in West Kelowna is seeking a natural leader to guide our hospitality team with energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for guest experiences.

You’ll set the tone for guests and staff alike, lead by example, and keep spirits high during busy shifts. You’ll be responsible for delivering warm, memorable moments that reflect our community focus, coordinating front-of-house operations, training teammates, and partnering with brewing and kitchen colleagues to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a hospitality team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong focus on guest experience and community engagement.
• Serving It Right certification required.
