Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is seeking a Coordinator to support the Director and Manager of Student Programs and Legal Recruitment. You will handle day-to-day operations, data management, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across employment relations, recruitment, development, events, and projects.
The role requires post-secondary HR-related education and 1+ years of coordination experience in professional services, with CHRP/CHRL an asset.

The Coordinator supports both the Director and Manager of Student Programs and Legal Recruitment in all operations of the Student Program by executing day-to-day activities, maintaining program data and materials and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery across employment relations, recruiting, development, events, and projects.

Education and Experience
This position requires post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline, with at least one year of related coordination experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm. Completion of CHRP/CHRL designation is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills
The range of expected compensation for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job‑related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
