Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for business professional full‑cycle recruitment. This role will also conduct exit interviews, assist with onboarding, and participate in various Human Resources initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong recruitment background with proven experience specialized searches.
This position requires a post secondary education in a related business/HR discipline accompanied with at least two years of related recruitment experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
The range of expected compensation for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job‑related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
