You will provide practical recommendations to strengthen hiring outcomes, succession planning, and workforce readiness across the division, while partnering with HR and business leaders for impactful talent solutions.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline required.
  • 5–8+ years of related experience in talent acquisition/management or HR fields.
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership-level or business-critical roles.
  • Experience supporting talent pipelines, succession planning or workforce planning is an asset.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment systems; comfort with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans, and talent pipelines across Transportation and Logistics.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership-level and other critical roles with fair, consistent practices.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels to strengthen pipelines.
  • Oversee leadership development program activities, including attraction, assessment, and mentorship coordination.
  • Support talent review, succession planning, and workforce planning with market insights and practical solutions.

Salary range: $71,500-105,000

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans, and talent pipelines aligned to current and future workforce needs across Transportation and Logistics
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership-level, professional, highly skilled, and other business-critical roles, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective recruitment and selection practices
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with qualified candidates through a variety of channels to strengthen talent pipelines and support hiring requirements
  • Oversee leadership development program activities, including attraction, assessment and selection, mentorship coordination, program administration, participant support, and ongoing program improvement
  • Support talent review, succession planning, and workforce planning activities by providing recommendations, market insights, and practical talent solutions to HR and business leaders
  • Contribute to Transportation and Logistics employment branding initiatives to enhance candidate engagement, employer brand awareness, and divisional talent attraction efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, reporting, and talent acquisition effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required; a Human Resources focus is considered an asset
  • 5–8+ years of related experience in talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership-level, highly skilled, or business-critical roles
  • Experience supporting talent pipelines, succession planning, leadership development programs, or workforce planning initiatives is considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and recruitment systems, with strong systems aptitude and comfort using Microsoft Office tools and related business systems
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, HR teams, business leaders, and external providers
  • Strong judgement, attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CPHR candidate designation is considered an asset; CPHR designation is preferred
  • English language proficiency is required
