  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies
  • Manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high‑volume and specialized positions
  • Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Act as a hands‑on recruiter for priority, complex, or business‑critical roles
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support efficiency and scale
  • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data and effective reporting
  • Reduce time‑to‑fill and reliance on external agencies through proactive sourcing and referrals
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Strengthen employer brand presence through consistent messaging and candidate experience
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to support data‑driven decision making
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize the organization’s visibility and strengthen the employer brand within recruitment strategies
  • Develop and propose innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each mandate and to market realities
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other related discipline
  • 8‑10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring senior‑level recruiters
  • Experience recruiting within logistics, transportation, supply chain, industrial, or similarly operational environments preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
