Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, the Talent Management Advisor supports the execution and sustainment of activities across all talent management initiatives. This role helps operationalize talent strategies that align with key business strategies and initiatives, focusing on our core values of safety, people, and performance. This opportunity is ideal for a solutions-oriented advisor who excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and combines strategic thinking with practical execution.

How You’ll Add Value
  • Actively contributes to the safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment
  • Support business needs by collaborating with People & Culture teams to develop, sustain, and enhance programs for the entire organization. This includes creating tools, resources, and processes that ensure smooth integration across the business
  • Partners closely with HRBPs and site leaders to identify workforce capability gaps, support frontline development initiatives, and maintain practical succession and readiness plans for key field and office roles
  • Collaborates with the Manager, OD and broader team in building and executing easy-to-use scalable solutions for key talent programs such as succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning
  • Enhances existing programs by listening to stakeholder feedback and identifying opportunities to evolve tools, improve usability, and drive long-term adoption
  • Tracks and analyzes talent data to assess impact, share insights, and support continuous improvement of people strategies
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the configuration and day-to-day use of talent systems, that are user-friendly, and aligned with evolving need
  • Engages with external consultants to deliver high-impact, fit-for-purpose programs and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Supports change readiness by building awareness, delivering clear messaging, and helping operational teams understand the value of structured talent practices
  • Embraces and champions a talent management framework by bringing fresh ideas and energy to further support workforce growth, development, and retention
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, or organizational development
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Professional Human Resources certification is an asset
  • Working knowledge of ADP (LMS and performance models) is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Excel is required
