Arc'teryx is seeking a Program Manager, Talent Development, Arc'One to own the learning and talent development portfolio for our Manufacturing and Distribution Centre, partnering with business leaders, People & Culture, and enterprise Talent teams to build the capabilities our people and business need to thrive in a fast-paced operation.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading the L&D team and shaping how Arc'teryx builds leadership, delivers practical development

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning and development portfolios aligned to business strategy.
• Strong ability to translate performance issues into learning interventions.
• Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the ARC'One learning and talent development portfolio and set priorities.
• Partner with business leaders as a strategic capability consultant.
• Develop frontline and people leader capability across team leads, supervisors and senior supervisors.
• Lead the design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
• Measure and communicate impact using learner data and business measures.
• Lead and develop L&D team members.
