Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Senior Project Manager, People Projects based in North Vancouver with hybrid remote options. You will lead end-to-end projects across Employer Branding, Total Rewards, and People enablement, ensuring on-time delivery within set budgets and SOPs.

This role focuses on scaling our People programming for a global workforce. You will partner with Program Managers, guide stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through robust project governance and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex and strategic project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to guide work across the department.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of all assigned projects across multiple workstreams.
• Support SOPs, processes, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency.
• Maintain a prioritized outline of projects, milestones and status reports.
• Provide strategic guidance and partnership to Program Owners and Teams.
• Build relationships with key partners across the organization and with external vendors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation is current and complete.
