Job summary

360.Agency is seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to shape and develop our HR function in Montreal. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while contributing to process improvements and the implementation of new tools, including AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with the Director, Talent & Culture, to enhance employee experience and HR practices. Bilingual FR/EN required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Education in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bilingual in French and English (FR/EN).
• Strong sense of autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
• Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, moves, changes, and departures.
• Be a point of contact for day-to-day HR questions and requests.
• Assist with payroll preparation, validation, and follow-up.
• Develop and improve HR processes, systems, and dashboards.
• Support employee experience, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
