Job summary

Boomi in Vancouver is seeking an Analytics & AI Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will own the data pipeline from source systems into Snowflake, build advanced Power BI dashboards, and architect AI agents to automate high-friction TA workflows.

You will design, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents, use Claude for data prototyping, and craft dashboards for weekly and quarterly TA metrics for leaders across Finance, HR, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or systems operations.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and building dynamic dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with relational databases and Snowflake is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency using Claude or similar LLMs to build reports and prototype data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical data lead for TA data pipelines in Snowflake and optimize SQL queries.
• Design, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents and automated TA workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Own end-to-end TA metrics reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for leadership.
