Job summary

Tekgence Inc. in Canada is seeking a Data & AI Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, SQL, Python, cloud technologies, and Generative AI tools to design scalable data solutions and build robust data pipelines.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams, harness Claude and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate development, implement data governance, and ensure security, reliability, and performance across cloud data architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong Python programming and scripting experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and Analytics.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
