Job summary

Taiv in Winnipeg, Canada is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and optimize our full-cycle recruitment across sales, operations, marketing and engineering. You’ll review applications, run screener calls, schedule interviews, and build Taiv’s presence at campus and community events to attract top candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience hiring for several functions at once (sales, operations, technical, etc.).
• Comfortable working in an applicant tracker system.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing.
• Experience running campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
• Experience using AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve workflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel. Review every application that comes in through our ATS and move candidates forward or out quickly.
• Run the first interview stage and provide a shortliste of candidates with notes tied to role needs.
• Keep interviews moving with scheduling, feedback, and timelines.
• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
• Own the pipeline across every function of the business for open and future roles.
• Build Taiv's hiring presence at campus career fairs and local events.
• Track ATS data and pipeline updates; diagnose blockers and optimize processes.
