Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare
Location: Ontario (strongly preferred)
Work Environment: Remote
Language: English and French (strongly preferred)

Do you have experience sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in an organized, fast-paced way? If so, you might be the Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking for!
On This Team, You Will
- Be a talent scout: use creativity and resourcefulness to search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Be a matchmaker: review resumes and applications then conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
- Be a coordinator: schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, provide interview prep and debriefs with candidates, and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Be a database manager: maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles while maintaining strong relationships along the way to ensure we have a robust pipeline of future talent to draw from.
- Be a learner: stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.
- Be ahead of the game: never take the "Post and Pray" approach and always be in search for new qualified candidates.
Candidate Must Have
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of healthcare recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously with urgency and efficiency.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Passion for identifying the best candidate for a role, keeping both technical qualifications and organizational fit in mind.
- A strong understanding of providing an exceptional candidate experience and in representing the organization in a positive way.
- Proven experience screening candidates and in interviewing combined with making hiring decisions.
- Experience coordinating with HR regarding documentation and additional paperwork related to onboarding requirements.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a commitment to never "Post and pray!".
- Only candidates selected to be moved forward in the recruitment process will be contacted by a member of the recruitment team to schedule a conversation.
