About the Role

Davidson & Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team for a 14-month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process for both accounting and operational roles ranging from entry to experienced level
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to help support the Firm’s current and future hiring needs by networking with both active and passive talent through LinkedIn
  • Foster relationships with post-secondary institutions to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at recruiting early talent
  • Research and identify recruitment trends in the accounting industry to ensure the Firm remains up to date with the latest hiring trends and best practices
  • Partner with the Events and Logistics team to plan and execute recruitment initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement
  • Organize and attend campus recruitment events to build brand awareness and network with student accounting clubs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Davidson’s brand via LinkedIn and highlight the Firm’s Employee Value Proposition
  • Partner with the People & Culture Coordinator to execute onboarding programs and assist with other special projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of three years of experience in full cycle recruitment in a corporate environment
  • Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies to support workforce planning
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms; prior experience working with BambooHR is considered an asset.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage and build relationships with hiring leaders and prospective candidates
  • Ability to attend recruitment events during peak recruitment periods

Salary

At Davidson, we value consistency and transparency regarding compensation. The annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
