Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Microsoft D365 Roles

Position Type: 6-12 month contract with the possibility of extension

Location: Remote – Located anywhere in Canada or US

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annually OTE, based on experience and outcomes

Job Description:

OnActuate is a global information technology and consulting firm that provides our clients with business solutions based on Microsoft and Dayforce technology. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in Microsoft D365 recruitment to work with us on a contract basis to help support our growth in building a team of world-class Microsoft D365 professionals.

As a recruiter specializing in Microsoft D365 roles, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent. This is a flexible, outcome-driven position, ideal for a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record in D365 recruitment. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in relationship-building, has excellent organization and communication skills, understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and the ability to think creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Microsoft D365 roles and supporting roles as needed.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for positions such as D365 Consultants and Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of highly skilled professionals with expertise in D365.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment to OnActuate’s needs and values.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates, provide recommendations on candidate suitability, and book interviews.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Work with Marketing to increase brand awareness if required to attract talent and build a talent pipeline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 roles, including consultants and account executives.
• Strong knowledge of the D365 Microsoft ecosystem, including technical and functional roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to grow talent pipeline using LinkedIn, social media, and direct methods.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiter and proficiency with Excel.
