We are seeking an Ontario-based HR Generalist to join our team. Our hybrid work model involves remote work with onsite support at various client sites, and occasional travel may be required.

    4. Software Management: Use HR software (HRIS, ATS) to track candidates and manage documentation.
    5. Reporting & Tracking: Maintain recruitment records and assist in reporting.
    6. On-site Support: Support clients in person at job fairs or events.
    7. Other Support: Participate in employer branding, talent pipeline building, and process improvements.
  2. Support the Executive and Management Teams with administrative tasks.
  3. Operations:
    1. Manage month-end tasks like budget review and expense management.
    2. Attend meetings and participate in operational activities.
  4. Business Development:
    1. Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to expand services and grow the client account.
    2. Promote Humani’s offerings through networks and media to attract new business.
  5. Leadership & Workload Management:
    1. Coordinate with managers to balance workload and meet deadlines.
  6. Reporting & Metrics:
    1. Work towards KPIs and maintain accurate trackers.
