About You and the Role
We are a team of modern HR professionals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports HR consultants in talent acquisition efforts for our clients. The ideal candidate can handle complex recruitment challenges with customized solutions, demonstrating attention to detail, communication skills, organization, and data analysis.

Location & Work Model
Based in Ontario, with a hybrid work model combining remote work and onsite support at client sites. Some travel may be required.
What You Will Do
  1. Client Management: Support full-cycle recruitment, manage client relationships, ensure compliance, and support software management.
  2. Operations: Handle month-end responsibilities, participate in meetings, and support business development efforts.
  3. Leadership & Workload Management: Collaborate with your manager to balance workload and manage timelines.
  4. Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs, maintain business and client records.
Who You Are
  • At least 3 years in a client-facing HR support role.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Degree or diploma in HR or related field; professional HR designation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
  • Strong time management, data analysis, organizational, communication, and HR software skills.
