Scout Talent is working with one of the world's largest mining organizations for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership.
As part of this RPO contract, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time embedded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in downtown Vancouver, BC, on a hybrid schedule .
Reporting to the RPO Team Leader, this role is pivotal in executing end-to-end recruitment processes across a designated client portfolio. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to plan, attract, and select top talent, ensuring alignment with our clients' strategic objectives and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
