Job summary

BPA is seeking a Talent Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor across Canada. You will shape hiring strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities include leading the full recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and providing market insights. This role collaborates with HR Partners to enhance the employee experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; CHRP designation is an asset.
• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Strategic Recruitment.
• Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting and relationship management.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence and advise leaders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and recruitment tech.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (CHRP designation is considered an asset).
