Responsibilities
Your Role:
  1. Be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for sourcing and assessing top talent for assigned business groups within Citco in North America and the Caribbean.
  2. Manage the entire talent acquisition process for internal and external candidates across various business units.
  3. Identify cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  4. Conduct targeted searches to source passive candidates for various roles.
  5. Assess candidates’ skills and experience using our Applicant Tracking System.
  6. Coordinate interview and selection procedures, extending verbal offers to candidates.
  7. Keep recruitment activity updated in the applicant tracking system, and report on hiring metrics, trends, successes, and challenges.
  8. Ensure fair and equitable recruitment practices aligned with Citco’s values.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors when necessary.
  10. Contribute to the delivery of Citco’s global talent acquisition strategy.
  11. Participate in global talent acquisition projects.
Qualifications
About You:
  • 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate/in-house environments.
  • Proven ability to source passive, niche, and active candidates within the finance industry.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment across regions such as Canada, US, and the Caribbean.
  • Strong team orientation and engagement skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly and adopt a consultative approach.
  • Experience with effective sourcing techniques and methods.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 20+ vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting hard-to-find tech roles.
  • Ability to learn complex business functions rapidly.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skill in managing expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
  • High sense of urgency, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
