What you’ll do:

1. Partner with hiring managers across functions (think: engineering, product, marketing, design, and more) to deeply understand team needs and build hiring strategies.
2. Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding support.
3. Source passive candidates using creative channels—LinkedIn is just the beginning.
4. Champion an exceptional candidate experience, making every touchpoint intentional, inclusive, and human.
5. Collaborate with People Ops and Employer Branding to bring Riverside’s story to life and attract the best talent.
6. Help us refine our hiring processes and tools as we scale.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of Sales hiring experience as a talent source in a recruitment agency / high-tech company
2. Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
3. Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies and practices - database mining and searches experience in a variety of platforms (social networks, X-ray tool, boolean search, internal database, etc.)
4. Proven ability and experience in engaging passive candidates
5. Easy adopter of new technologies
