Job summary

Asana in Vancouver is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition Operations & Strategy to lead a global team of program managers and TA professionals, optimizing headcount planning, enablement, and high-quality hiring to drive business objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape a rapid, data-driven TA roadmap, manage headcount, and improve TA systems. The role emphasizes candidate experience, equity, and scalable coaching across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• 4+ years managing TA Operations
• Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders on company-wide initiatives
• Data-driven approach to decision-making in TA operations
• Experience leading, motivating and coaching teams
• Familiarity with TA tooling (Brighthire, Gem, Tableau, Greenhouse)
• Curiosity about AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers and TA professionals to maximize efficiency and planning for recruiting at Asana
• Oversee headcount management, recruiting enablement, objective assessment, talent marketing, candidate experience, and recruiting insights
• Drive operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely delivery of business objectives
• Partner with executive leadership and People Team to develop high impact, max velocity hiring strategy
• Define and iterate on a TA roadmap to deliver diverse talent and support company mission
