Job summary

BCAA in Canada is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our talent strategy and partner with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll drive recruitment excellence, mentor teammates, and strengthen our employer brand while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You’ll lead strategic recruitment programs, leverage data, and work across the organization to fill senior and specialized roles with a focus on internal equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in-house.
• Experience recruiting for leadership, business-critical, technical, or specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and identify required capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Use data to identify roadblocks and adjust strategies.
• Provide guidance on TA best practices and market trends.
• Represent BCAA externally via networking, events, and branding initiatives.
• Lead strategic TA projects to improve processes and tools.
• Track outcomes and use insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the TA function.
